Drop shipping
You basically setup a company that advertises/ markets and sells existing products but don't hold onto any of the inventory. You take the money buy the product at a lower price and the other company handles the shipping. Basically you are a middle man to get manufactures to more customers and you take a cut. I'll dig into this one a little more in the coming weeks.
Whole selling
This is similar to drop shipping, but you end up buying the product or a buffer of product at whole sale prices. You can likely reduce your inventory if you increase their sales. Maybe shift to drop shipping over time... I am not as interested in this, so it will be a while before I really consider this as a viable option
